PALAZZO

HOWARD LAURENT presents a collection “PALAZZO” which means the palace in Italian. For the collections, he got inspired by Indonesian kingdoms, and combines the era of ancient kingdoms with a modern twist. 

Laurent uses batik from Bantul, Yogyakarta, as he noted that the city of Bantul has its own characteristics for types and motifs of batik. One among the motifs that he used is called keraton batik
